1980 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am
Take a look at this second-generation Trans Am, with 13,800 miles, a true "SURVIVOR," it has never been restored. The starlight black paint and glass, straight from Detroit in 1980; will take 1st in show every time because of its originality.
This car was originally sold at Toms Pontiac-Honda in Rochester, Minnesota. The original owner only drove it in the summer for the first 10 years and 11,000 miles. A collector purchased it and hid it away for the next 20 years, never letting it see the light of day. The next collectors only drove it enough in the summer to put 2,605 miles on it. That is how you make a super low mileage Minnesota rust free original survivor in excellent condition.
This Trans Am comes complete with a lot of documentation including the window sticker, original owner’s manual, Delco radio manual, original warranty packets, consumer information, 1980 Pontiac point of sale brochure, and best of all the build sheet.
Optional equipment ordered on this Pontiac included factory air conditioning, tilt steering, engine block heater, cruise control, 301 4bbl V8 "Pontiac" engine, custom trim group and even more standard equipment. The 305 V8 is original and stock, only recently replacing the radiator, water pump, and heater core. New tires and American Racing wheels have been fitted to the car. This car is ready to drive and drives like a new car. Trans Ams were an ‘80s icon and you too, could own a piece of GM history, for those of you that grew up in the ‘80s…. But your parents wouldn't let you buy one…. Now's your chance!
